After enjoying Pilates as part of her fitness routine for over 15 years, Christine decided to earn her certification and since then, has been sharing her love for Pilates. Focusing on breath, stability and strengthening your core, with a combination of classical and challenging power Pilates exercises, Christine will ensure you leave feeling energized and ready to take on the day!

I’ve been living in Muskoka for eight years with my husband Mike and cat Bubba. After three years of supply teaching I could no longer ignore my passion for strength training and wellness coaching and decided to start a new career to help others find their true selves. I am a certified canfitpro Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor Specialist as well as Girls Gone Strong Certified Pre-Post Natal Coach. Cat Blais is a 200 hr RYT with a passion for the art of wholistic movement! With a background in dance, yoga, martial arts + fitness, she blends all of these styles together to offer a unique intuitive practice that she calls “Fusion Flow”. Cat has been an instructor for a decade now & has come to realize that the true benefits of health arrive in the form of peace of my mind, body and spirit. She believes that movement has so much to offer the individual who seeks… freedom, clarity, awareness, confidence + so much more.
From an early age, Lisa always grew up playing sports in Muskoka. As a teenager and adult she then kept up her love for sports and started working out in the gym. A few years ago she started volunteering as a coach with the Breakers basketball club. She loved coaching and working with athletes so much that it motivated her to gain a certified personal trainer certificate so that she could share her passion for physical activity with others.
Meghan is a nurse, a nutritionist and a Muksoka local. She is the owner of Nutrition with Meg where she helps people take control of their health and maximize their wellness. Approaching wellness with a holistic approach to bring balance and health to the entire body.
