Morgan Rammo

Morgan holds credentials as a successful fitness model, bikini competitor and sponsored athlete, as well as a history of provincial success as a cross country and track runner. Morgan has the ability to apply her training styles in a practical manner to both men and women of all fitness levels and has successfully worked with hundreds of clients to date.

Rosie Kelly

Rosie has a passion for people and is also a long time student of the health and fitness industry. Rosie holds some of the highest level certifications available in Canada and brings a lot of value and positivity to the team. In addition to her resume Rosie played D1 hockey in Virginia for several years while attending Liberty University.

Kaili Coyne

Kaili Coyne is a NSCA- Certified Personal Trainer and NCCP Canada Swim Coach. Her love for fitness started through her years of training and competitive swimming in Winnipeg, Manitoba. She was a member of the University of Manitoba Bisons Swim Team, The National Sports Centre of Manitoba, and the Canadian national swim team. Kaili brings high energy, enthusiasm, and creativity when teaching classes and training clients. Her classes are fun, challenging, and filled with energetic music to keep you pushing! She has over 20 years of experience and is excited to join the Vita crew!

Jenni Allsopp

Jenni started her fitness journey as a Zumba instructor, bringing joy and energy to every workout. With extensive certifications, including personal training, TRX, and nutrition coaching, Jenni creates fun and empowering training environments tailored to your needs. She’s currently pursuing a naturopathy practitioner certification to take her wellness expertise to the next level.

Lisa Stefan

Lisa is returning to group fitness and personal training with renewed energy and passion for health and wellness. With a Health & Fitness Studies certificate from Simon Fraser University, Lisa brings expertise in boxing, strength and stretch, and spin. She’s an avid runner, hiker, and cross-country skier who loves taking her classes outside when the weather allows! Originally from Vancouver, Lisa now calls beautiful Muskoka home.

Petek Kucuktuzen Nia

Originally from Turkey, has been dedicated to yoga and Pilates since 2000. With a Bachelor of Education degree and extensive training from top international instructors, she blends her background in dance, movement, and spirituality to create a unique teaching style.

Her certifications include Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa Yoga (750+ hours combined), Barre/Pilates (200+ hours), Meditation and Pranayama training in India, Chair Yoga and Kids Yoga

A Grandmaster Reiki practitioner and teacher with over 20 years of experience, Petek offers therapeutic programs combining Pilates, Barre, Yoga, Breath work, and Thai massage to enhance strength, relaxation, and mindfulness. Her goal is to help others discover strength, peace, balance, confidence, and joy through movement and self-awareness.
