“We heard from friends that they were doing group training at Vita Fitness and really enjoyed it. I mentioned to Hannah about group training and she was anxious to get into a routine again while home this summer. So we made the call.
We have really been enjoying the group training because it’s easy to schedule in workouts & they don’t take a lot of time but LOVE the high intensity. We always feel AMAZING afterwards. Rosie is a great motivator and always encouraging us through exercises. Both Rosie and Morgan are very welcoming and it’s a great atmosphere. “Growing up I played lots of sports and was always crazy busy, I enjoyed doing fun workouts with friends on my team and having everyone to push me. It was hard when I went off to university as I went from being so busy with everything to hardly working out or getting active at all.
